Practicing Covers from an N Stance

Today’s Bando minute takes the basic Cover drill and translates it to an N stance, instead of an H. You’re going to practice the same motions, but this time shifting your weight either forward into a deeper N or back into either an L stance or a back-weighted N. Follow along with me below:
