
Breathing is unusual, in that it happens automatically and yet we all have the ability to regulate our breath. The type of breath you use has the ability to affect your state of mind and energy level.
Meditation has been shown to have a number of benefits, and yet I hear many of my friends say “I can’t meditate”, or “I can’t concentrate”. Meditation is a learned skill, and with practice, you can build your skills in concentration and, simultaneously, relaxation.
