This day-long practice retreat is offered via Zoom to students who wish to explore the deep wisdom of the body as an access point to boundless, open awareness. Previous meditation experience helpful, but not required. Those who wish to have a shared experience of John’s teaching are welcome to participate at the Rivers Bend Studio.
