Some of the most ancient practices for healing and maintaining health are still relevant today as complements to the many wonders provided by Western Medicine.
Join us for two days of healing and restoration that build on the healing traditions of Burma (now known as Myanmar). You’ll be introduced to practices that can enhance your own or others’ internal energy and healing through Longyi and Letha yoga, internal energy (Min Zin) practices, and meditation. This weekend will also include our special guest instructor, Grandmaster Dr. Maung Gyi.
Participants are encouraged to bring: Water, light snacks, notebook and writing instruments, pillow or cushion for meditation, light blanket or shawl, palm-size smooth stone and longji rope (longji ropes and meditation stones will be provided for those that do not have their own).
Saturday, March 2: Registration is 9-10am; classes are 10am – 6pm
Sunday, March 3: Classes are 10:30am – 3pm
