Dear Friends – Piedmont Healing Arts is suspending the Health Defense classes until we have more clarity on the transmutation of, and impacts of infection with the COVID-19 novel virus. We always emphasize safety first, and feel that for the time being, the safety of our friends and guests is best met by minimizing exposure to others who could be contagious but non-symptomatic.
At these monthly sessions, Bando Grand Master Joe Manley will share some of the techniques that he’s learned in his journey for good health, inspired by practices from China, India, and Burma.
