Introduction to Pranayama and Meditation Breath practices (aka, pranayama) and meditation are complementary activities that can enhance your physical and mental health. This is a virtual class, via Zoom, where we will practice various breath techniques and strengthen our meditation skills. This is a weekly class, and participants are encouraged, but not required, to attend regularly as a way to build proficiency with these skills.
