Introduction to Pranayama and Meditation

Introduction to Pranayama and Meditation Breath practices (aka, pranayama) and meditation are complementary activities that can enhance your physical and mental health.  This is a virtual class, via Zoom, where we will practice various breath techniques and strengthen our meditation skills.  Drop-in and monthly payment options are available.  To register, email Debby at

To pay the drop-in fee, send $10 via Paypal to at least 45 minutes before start of class.  We will send you a Zoom link for the class.  A monthly discount is also available for those who want to sign up for a month at a time.
