Introduction to Pranayama and Meditation Breath practices (aka, pranayama) and meditation are complementary activities that can enhance your physical and mental health. This is a virtual class, via Zoom, where we will practice various breath techniques and strengthen our meditation skills. Drop-in and monthly payment options are available.
